Terms of Business

These Terms of Business ("Terms") govern the supply of recruitment services by Krecruites Ltd (Company No. 15704108) to its clients and candidates. By engaging our services you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Definitions

"Client" means any business or individual engaging Krecruites to source candidates. "Candidate" means any individual introduced by Krecruites for an engagement. "Engagement" means the employment, hire or use of a Candidate by a Client.

2. Our service

Krecruites operates an employment business and an employment agency in accordance with the Employment Agencies Act 1973 and the Conduct of Employment Agencies and Employment Businesses Regulations 2003.

3. Introduction fees

Fees for permanent introductions are agreed in writing prior to introduction. Unless agreed otherwise, an introduction fee becomes payable when an introduced Candidate accepts an Engagement with the Client within 12 months of introduction.

4. Temporary workers

Temporary workers supplied by Krecruites remain workers of Krecruites for the duration of the assignment. Charge rates, hours and assignment details will be confirmed in writing before the assignment starts.

5. Client obligations

Clients agree to provide accurate role information, ensure a safe place of work, comply with all relevant employment legislation, and notify Krecruites promptly of any offers made to Candidates.

6. Candidate obligations

Candidates agree to provide accurate information about their identity, qualifications and right to work, attend interviews and assignments as agreed, and notify Krecruites of any change in availability.

7. Refunds and replacements

Refund or replacement terms for permanent placements will be confirmed in the Client's individual engagement letter.

8. Liability

Krecruites takes reasonable care to introduce suitable Candidates but does not warrant their performance. Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees received under the relevant Engagement.

9. Confidentiality and data

Both parties agree to keep confidential any information shared during the recruitment process and to handle personal data in line with our Privacy Policy and UK GDPR.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales.
