Krecruites is a verified talent network, not a job board. Every candidate is pre-screened, right-to-work checked and CV reviewed by our team before they appear on the platform. You browse people, not adverts.
What does 'verified' mean?
A verified candidate has had their identity, right to work in the UK, CV, and availability checked by a Krecruites recruiter before their profile goes live.
Is browsing free?
Yes — anyone can browse verified profiles and see role, industry, general location, salary, availability, skills and qualifications. You only pay when you unlock a candidate.
How do candidate unlocks work?
When you find a candidate you want to hire, you unlock their full profile for 30 days. That includes their full career history, detailed CV, direct messaging, and interview requests through the platform.
How do you protect candidate privacy?
We never display full names, phone numbers, email addresses, LinkedIn or exact previous employers publicly. Full contact details are only shared with employers who unlock a candidate and only for the purposes of hiring.
Can Krecruites recruit for me end-to-end?
Yes. Use the Request Staff form and our recruitment team will run the search, screening and shortlisting for you.
